Here at Igneus all of our pizza ovens come with a minimum of 1 year warranty. We are proud of the quality of our products and if you have any issues please email us on [email protected]. All warranty is valid from the date of delivery of your pizza oven.

To make a claim on your Igneus Warranty please email us with photographs of the issue and reference your Order Number. You will also need to provide up to date contact details (name, email, phone) and delivery address.
